At Coastal Wood & BBQ, we’re proud to deliver premium charcoal, NZ native hardwoods, smoking woods, and BBQ essentials straight to your door with reliable, fast service across the region.
Delivery Areas
We now ship across all of Auckland and Hamilton, using trusted delivery by NZ Couriers.
We also offer local delivery and pickup options for the Beachlands, Maraetai, and Whitford areas.
Delivery Timeframes

Auckland Metro: 1–3 working days

Hamilton: 1–3 working days

Outer Auckland & Rural: 2–4 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, and location.
We aim to keep rates fair and transparent — no hidden fees.
Large or bulk orders (e.g. multiple charcoal bags, bulk wood orders) may incur a freight adjustment — we’ll always contact you before dispatch if that applies.
Free Local Delivery
We continue to offer free local delivery for customers in:
Beachlands, Maraetai, Omana, and Whitford (minimum order applies).
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS from NZ Couriers to follow your delivery in real time.
Click & Collect
Prefer to pick up your order? Select Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll message you when it’s ready.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
We take care to package all orders securely. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate promptly with NZ Couriers and arrange a replacement or refund.
