Meet Terence

Our founder, Terence, is the heart behind the heat. A local and devoted braai master, Terence grew up around smoky fires, sizzling grills, and the magic of shared meals. His passion for cooking over wood and charcoal, fuels everything we do — from selecting the right hardwoods for smoking to finding the perfect mix of charcoal for a Saturday evening braai.
